PNC is usually sticky on that detail… their 4x-6x back cards are all worth less than 1cpp. If you're still new to credit, it will be hard to qualify for the minimum $5k CL. PNC seems to just want old timers. Don't see much difference between 1.5% and 2% (or even, tbh, 1%), and feel like anything less than 3% isn't much.
