Q: Does Nooro send a new device?

I contacted the Nooro customer service where I got a representative Roxanne, we went back and forth with a couple emails and she determined that she would send a new device. The same day I received an new order had been sent and postal just emailed wiht a delivery date for tomorrow.

Q: Does Nooro app work?

Nooro app didn’t work - company rectified. Update: As Jasper responded, I was able to contact Customer Service and they took care of me and profusely apologized for the inconvenience. The fact that they stuck to their word is the reason why I’m changing my rating. Thank you.

Date of experience: July 24, 2024 I am about 2 weeks into the usage of the Nooro product. I believe that it is allowing me to sleep better and longer. I use it at least once a day at bedtime and sometimes i use it in the late afternoon after a day of work. so i use it at least once a day and sometimes two times a day.
