The Bar III suits are 100% wool, except for the lining. 100% wool is likely as far as you're going to get with quality at Macy's. I've been doing a lot of research into Macy's suits lately, as I'm looking for a cheap suit. I've found a few better deals online, honestly, and I'm probably going to wait for something of higher quality to go on sale.
