There isn’t really a great travel “hack” for Hawaii so be prepared for high costs of everything. I went a few months ago, had my hotel and car rental covered by travel points and still paid over $2,000 for two people for 8 days. Vaccination and Covid testing will depend on if you’re flying domestic or international.

The rooms here start at much more reasonable prices (the highest I saw during a quick search was $395 and that was for tomorrow through Friday only; all others were $250+). The all inclusive package is an extra $99+tax per person, and includes a daily $40 beverage credit per room and daily parking fee waived ($10).
