I believe they do raises based off each job you solo/panel in. You’re not maxed out at $40. That’s just starting. First year you’ll probably make 90-100k, but after you become an O (Operator) you’ll clear 120k/year easily. I work for Chevron and I think we’re the lowest paid O’s.
